Robe immaculée brillante.
Le nez est frais, intense, marqué par un côté lacté et beurré, par des notes d’agrumes et en particulier le citron.
On retrouve une note de fèves un peu inhabituelle.
La bouche est magnifique d’équilibre, d’harmonie, avec une trame sphérique et surtout une longueur extraordinaire.
Malgré une heure de carafe il n’est pas complètement en place, avec une petite touche d’amertume en finale.

Immaculate, shiny color.
The nose is fresh, intense, marked by a milky and buttery side, with hints of citrus fruit and in particular lemon.
There is a slightly unusual note of beans.
The palate is beautifully balanced and harmonious, with a spherical structure and above all an extraordinary length.
Despite an hour in the decanter it is not completely in place, with a little touch of bitterness on the finish.
